Many of our products are vegan/vegetarian, gluten-free, and use all-natural ingredients. However, we will only mark products as vegan if specified by the manufacturer or supplier. Check product pages for ingredients and specific dietary labels, or filter by attributes when shopping.

Shipping
At this time, we are only shipping to the U.S. We plan to add international shipping soon, though!
We currently ship to domestic US addresses with United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, and UPS Ground Saver.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order size, and weight. For U.S. orders, we offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more—no code required. If your order total is under $75, regular shipping rates will apply.
Yes, free standard shipping is available for all U.S. orders of $75 or more. The shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout when your cart reaches the threshold. This offer applies only to addresses within the United States.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 4–6 business days.
Returns & Issues
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
Any incorrect or damaged items can be returned for a full refund for items returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at hot_service@pepperpyros.com.
However, due to the consumable nature of hot sauce, and for health and safety, we are not able to accept returns on opened or used bottles of hot sauce.
Returns on merchandise can be accepted for reasons such as a misprinted, damaged, or defective items.

Contact customer support immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will promptly resolve the problem—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
If you need to cancel or change your order, email customer service at hot_service@pepperpyros.com as soon as possible. Orders can be adjusted only before they are shipped.

Product Care
Most sauces are shelf-stable until opened. For best flavor and longevity, refrigerate after opening and consume by the date on the bottle, or within one year.
The best-by or expiration date should be printed on every bottle. Check before enjoying your hot sauce. If you receive a bottle and are concerned about the best-by date, please contact us at: hot_service@pepperpyros.com.
