Return Policy
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our hot sauces, but if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hot_service@pepperpyros.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product.
We'll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, once we've confirmed the issue. You will not be required to return the damaged or incorrect item.
Hot Sauces
Due to the perishable nature of hot sauce and for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hot sauces that have been opened or used. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, contact us at hot_service@pepperpyros.com, and you may return the unused, unopened item within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.
Merchandise
Due to merchandise items being printed on demand specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a wrong size or a change of mind. However, if there's an issue with your order, such as a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To start the process, send an email to hot_service@pepperpyros.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll work to provide a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service at hot_service@pepperpyros.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is authorized, we'll provide you with instructions on where to send the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
