Whiz Wit — Mammoth Sauce Co. Cheesesteak inspired — Serrano and jalapeño, caramelized onions, cheesy nutritional yeast and liquid smoke. Medium, smoky and savory. Vegan.
Peach Ghost Pepper — Kevin's Fire Sauce. Peach, ginger and thyme wrapped around a Bhut Jolokia. Hot — a bit sweet up front, serious on the finish.
